Global hotel company IHG has announced the outlet of the hot Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia E – Penn’s Landing, within walking distance of Philadelphia’s historic district and downtown.
The new Holiday Inn Express hotel opens following a $4 million conversion featuring renovations to every of the 184 guest rooms, a completely remodeled lobby, a brand new business center and an exercise room. Located at 100 N. Christopher Columbus Blvd. within the Penn’s Landing waterfront area, the ten-story hotel is only minutes from downtown Philadelphia River and provides a free shuttle for its guests to the preferred historic attractions.

The $1BN Holiday Inn global brand relaunch, the biggest project of its kind in hospitality history, continues to drive increased quality and consistency around the global portfolio. The recent hotel incorporates a contemporary image with emphasis on arrival and welcome services, guestroom and guest bath comfort and a redesigned logo and signage.
Guest rooms feature contemporary styling, a 32-inch HD flat screen TV, comfortable queen or king-sized beds, a sitting area with a lounge chair and an in-room coffee machine featuring complimentary Smart Roast 100% Arabica coffee.
