Tucked under swaying palms at the white sand of St. Kitts’ Turtle Beach, the Beach House restaurant, the most recent project from luxury hotel developer and operator Auberge Resorts, opens today. The restaurant, previously Turtle Beach Bar & Grill, has undergone an in depth makeover by Auberge Resorts, creators of award-winning small luxury resorts and restaurants in North America, including the Michelin-starred Auberge du Soleil restaurant in Napa Valley.
