The brand new Midtown Manhattan location represents a move into downtown urban locations for the upscale select service brand, which has grown by nearly 18 percent previously three years. The 185-room property features complimentary wifi access, 250 square feet of flexible, high-tech meeting/function space, an intimate Bakery Café featuring specialty coffees, premium beers, wines and cocktails and 24/7 Gallery Menu serving made-to-order entrees and appetizers. News: First Hyatt branded hotel set for Spain

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced that a Hyatt affiliate has entered right into a management agreement with Cap Vermell Hotel Proyectos y Promociones, a Spanish real estate development company, for a brand new Park Hyatt hotel in Mallorca. Park Hyatt Mallorca would be the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Mallorca. Scheduled to open in 2015, the 142-room luxury resort hotel can be inbuilt the fashion of a standard Mallorquin hilltop village with references to local art and culture.
