Messe Berlin has announced the appointment of Ingrid Maaß as its new chief operating officer following its latest regular supervisory board meeting. The move follows a choice by the supervisory board, in December 2012, to nominate Christian Göke to succeed the present chief executive, Raimund Hosch, who’s as a result of retire on the end of June. Maaß studied business management, and, following posts with KPMG Consulting, IKB Private Equity and The economic Investment Council, was a board member of CNC Communications & Network Consulting AG in Munich.
